InsurChain AG ("InsurChain", "we", "us", or "our"), incorporated in Zürich, Switzerland, is committed to safeguarding the privacy and data rights of users interacting with our websites, APIs, SQL Studio, and cloud datashares. 2. Blockchain Data vs. Personal Data

InsurChain indexes and analyzes public, immutable blockchain transaction logs, smart contract states, capital pool reserve balances, and oracle telemetry across Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, and other networks. Public blockchain data does not constitute personal data under our direct custodianship. We do not link public wallet addresses to real-world identities unless voluntarily submitted during enterprise KYC or institutional billing processes.

3. Information We Collect

• Account & Billing Data: Name, work email, organization name, and billing details provided when subscribing to Pro Analyst or Institutional tiers.
• Technical Telemetry: IP address, browser type, operating system, and API query rate consumption to prevent malicious denial-of-service (DoS) attacks and ensure API service reliability.
• Inquiry Communications: Content of messages submitted via our contact forms or support channels.

4. How We Use Your Information

We process collected data exclusively for: (a) provisioning and authenticating your API keys and Studio query access; (b) monitoring infrastructure health and preventing abuse; (c) communicating platform maintenance and security updates; and (d) fulfilling contractual accounting and legal tax compliance obligations in Switzerland. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party data brokers.
